The original house had a bedroom where now there is a large open galleried hallway. The photo shows a solid oak balustrade, spiralling upward into the converted roof space where two extra rooms and a bathroom were added. This major renovation created a 6 bedroom, 5 bathroom contemporary home from the original 4 bedroom, 1 bath outdated house. This was achieved and completed within one week of the estimated completion date, and within 5% of the original budget.
